Highly efficient glide

The R-Bus 2 glides efficiently, keeping fuel consumption to a minimum while maintainingexcellent performance in terms of speed and energy for smooth landings. In the event of engine failure, the reduced sink rate is a major safety bonus (- 2.5 m/s for a wing loaded to 420 kg under size 40).

Less effort at the controls

To enhance pilot comfort, and thanks to the improved brake line, thewing 's handling and piloting have been improved. Control effort when turning or landing is less physical. To reduce control effort, the pilot has the option of using only the stabilo control. The main brake control is then reserved for the take-off and landing phases.

A-Assist system

The A-Assist system is an additional link on the A riser. The pilot can attach the A-risers to the cart, leaving his hands free to easily manipulate the brake controls. The driver can then set the optimum length between the truck and the A-Assist system.

Total control, even on the ground

The NiviukR-Bus 2 is a solid, maneuverable wing, characterized by uniform inflation and fast, progressive take-off. Take-off is easy, even in unfavorable conditions. The wing is efficient throughout the flight.

Even safer take-offs and landings

The R-Bus 2 has a wider speed range than its predecessor. It has a higher maximum speed (+ 3 km/h) and a lower minimum speed (- 5 km/h). This means shorter take-off and landing distances, and a safer, more comfortable flight.

High maximum wing loading

The R-Bus 2 can carry a maximum wing loading of up to 600 kg (100 kg more than the previous version) in all sizes.

Extremely stable

The wing's stability has been improved, turning is smoother and parasitic in-flight movements (especially roll) have been reduced. All the ingredients are in place to offer pilots and passengers an unparalleled flying experience.
