WHAT IS A ZEN TANDEMFLIGHT ?
The Zen experience is a morning flight to take advantage of the gentlest flying conditions possible. Afternoon flights, which are often longer, but also more eventful, can be unsettling for the more sensitive. That's why we recommend the Zen baptism if you want to discover the activity gently.
This ten-minute flight lets you concentrate on the scenery and the feeling of gliding through the air. A pure moment of relaxation just 30 minutes from Grenoble. Take off from the plateau des petites roches in Saint Hilaire du Touvet before returning to the cow floor and admiring the photos and videos taken by your pilot.

To ensure your experience takes place under the best possible conditions, please carefully read the information below:
- Meeting time and location
We kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your flight.
This allows us to keep the rotation schedule running smoothly and to welcome you under the best possible conditions.

- How to dress for your paragliding flight?
Paragliding is a gentle activity, but it takes place outdoors and at altitude. Please make sure to bring:
• Sports shoes, preferably high-top
• Sunglasses, securely fitted (strap recommended)
• A sweater or fleece, even in summer
• A windproof jacket
• From May to October, please bring a warm jacket
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM OF THE COURSE?
- The meeting point is at our premises located at the Lumbin landing area, at 283 chemin des Longs Prés.
- We will take you by shuttle to the Saint-Hil' takeoff site.
- During the ascent, our instructors will take care of explaining how the flight will take place.
- At the takeoff area, your instructor prepares the equipment and gives you the final instructions.
- Time for the magical moment! After a short run, you feel the paraglider lift you up. You leave the ground… the flight begins!
- Once in the air, enjoy the scenery, let yourself be carried along… and depending on the package, take the controls or experience a few thrilling sensations.
- The flight ends with a smooth landing. Take a moment to recover from the emotions, and collect your photos or videos if you selected the option.
