Taking on the challenge of succeeding the legendary MERU while increasing its maximum speed—that was the ambitious goal of Frantisek "Franta" Pavlousek and the UP Paragliders R&D team. Mission accomplished. With its 84 cells and a 6.9 aspect ratio, the MERU 2 (certified EN/LTF D) represents the pinnacle of performance for advanced pilots.

This new version incorporates several key innovations: nylon rods in the leading edge, top and bottom surfaces, a redesigned internal structure, optimized accelerator, and a clever mix of lightweight materials. It’s the synergy of these elements that makes the MERU 2 both a technical and pleasurable wing to fly.

What’s new with the MERU 2?
