Thanks to its careful design, lightweight construction and optimized leading edge, the Calypso 2 offers one of the easiest take-offs in the Gin range. It's particularly well-suited to difficult terrain and varied conditions, allowing you to take off with complete peace of mind.

Rigifoil technology for enhanced stability

The Calypso 2 incorporates a half-rib with a Nitinol stem and a short tension cord between the cells of the leading edge. This innovation maintains the precise shape of the leading edge, improving inflation, stability, handling and overall performance.

Lightweight, compact design

Nitinol rods, optimized internal structure and line layout reduce weight without compromising flight performance. The glider folds compactly, making it easy to store in a reversible harness or X-Lite rucksack, for a total weight of less than 10 kg.

Porcher Skytex fabric, used in different densities (34g, 32g, 27g), ensures durability and lightness. Sheathed lines minimize drag and weight, while offering easy untangling and dimensional stability.

The Calypso 2 is available with standard 12mm Kevlar Cousin or Dyneema risers, reducing weight by 200g. Available colors are Sangria, Lemon and Orange.
