The Nvolo helmet is designed and produced in Italy. It complies with EN 966 reference regulations for flight in the HPG (helmets for paramotors and hang gliders) and UL (helmets for ultralight aircraft) categories.

How is the NVolo headset designed?

The Nvolo hel met features a very small, lightweight shell made from composite fibers such as carbon fiber, carbon-kevlar and glass. It featuresWATER TRANFERT PRINTING technology, which gives it its stylish colors and patterns. It also features a layer of polystyrene, the thickness of which is reduced thanks to a method of laminating the cap. This enables it to pass EN 966 certification tests and ensure pilots' safety in flight at minimum weight. In fact, the NVolo headset helmet weighs just 600 grams without accessories.

The cap of the NVolo paramotor helmet is the same for every size. It's the internal padding that varies, offering different headband sizes for all body shapes. This has other advantages, too, such as the ability to simply replace the interior in a matter of seconds, so that the helmet can be adapted to future passengers, or to replace an old interior or have one in reserve. The padding is comfortable and clean, thanks to its breathable, washing-machine-safe fabric.

What accessories are available for your NVolo headset paramotor helmet?

The NVolo helmet features an easy-to-remove strap with micrometric fastener and a comfortable throat cover. The designers have also added another detail that shows the special attention paid to the helmets, with ergal screws available in various colors to match the helmet color.

It is also possible to personalize the helmet both with different colors and with graphics created by us to make your helmet unique.
