The Nvolo helmet is designed and produced in Italy. It complies with EN 966 reference regulations for flight in the HPG (helmets for paramotors and hang-gliders) and UL (helmets for ultralight aircraft) categories.

Headset NVolo helmet design

The Nvolo hel met features an ultra-low-weight, low-dimension shell made from composite fibers such as carbon fiber, carbon-kevlar and glass. This model is finished in varnish for visible, designer colors. It also features a polystyrene layer whose thickness is reduced thanks to a cap lamination method. This enables it to pass EN 966 certification tests and ensure pilot safety in flight at minimum weight. In fact, the NVolo headset helmet weighs just 600 grams without accessories.

The cap of the NVolo paramotor helmet is the same for every size. It's the internal padding that varies, offering different headband sizes for all body shapes. This has other advantages, too, such as the ability to simply replace the interior in a matter of seconds, so that the helmet can be adapted to future passengers, or to replace an old interior or have one in reserve. The padding is comfortable and clean thanks to its breathable fabric, which can be washed in a washing machine.

Accessories for the NVolo headset paramotor helmet

The NVolo helmet features an easy-to-remove strap with micrometric fastener and a comfortable throat cover. The designers have also added another detail that shows the special attention paid to the helmets, with ergal screws available in various colors to match the helmet color.
