The Neo choker is the cool new accessory that Neo has just added to its product list. Paragliders love to wear it on their flights. It offers both protection against the cold and lightweight design. It's a multifunctional technical garment that can be worn in many different ways.
It's really just a tube of synthetic elastic fabric that can be bent and twisted into a number of positions, transforming it into a mountain pass, headband, neckband or nose cover, for example.
